Shipping Policy
Information on how we ship, process, and deliver orders placed through Stellar California.

Processing Time
We ship orders within 3–5 business days. Since each candle is poured and finished with care, processing may take a little longer during busy seasons.
Shipping Options
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to get your order to you quickly and safely. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it home.
Lost or Stolen Packages
When a package is marked “Delivered,” it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We’re happy to help with carrier claims, but we cannot replace stolen packages for free.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees will apply.
International Orders
We currently ship to select countries. Customs fees or import taxes vary by location and are the responsibility of the buyer.
