Every candle is crafted with intention. While all sales are final, we’re here to make things right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

Handcrafted in Small Batches

Our products are poured by hand in small batches. Because of this, all sales are final. We want you to love what you receive — and if something’s off, we’ll take care of it.

What We Can Help With

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or flawed, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible issues include:

- Damaged or broken items - Incorrect items - Quality concerns

What We Cannot Accept

We’re unable to accept returns for:

- Used or burned candles - Returns based on personal scent preference - Sale or discounted items

How to Start a Claim

Email stellar.california.llc@gmail.com with your order number and 2–3 photos of the issue. We’ll review everything and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.
