How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, restocks), processing may take a little longer — but we never rush quality.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically delivers within 2–6 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link with real-time updates.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available yet — but it’s coming soon. We’re finalizing carriers that can handle fragile goods with the level of care our products require.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund it immediately — no stress, no hassle.

What is your return policy?

Unused candles in their original condition may be returned within 7 days. Used candles cannot be returned, but if there’s a performance issue we will always make it right.

Can I exchange a candle if I don’t like the scent?

Because fragrance is personal, we do allow one scent exchange per order — as long as the candle is unused. You’ll just cover the return shipping.

What ingredients do you use?

Our candles are made with a clean-burning soy–coconut wax blend, premium fragrance oils, and lead/zinc free cotton wicks. No parabens. No phthalates. No toxins. Always cruelty-free!

How strong are your candles?

Each scent is balanced to fill a medium-sized room without being overpowering. If you prefer deeper intensity, burn two candles together or choose resinous/wood-heavy scents.

Why do you use a soy–coconut wax blend?

It burns cleaner, slower, and holds fragrance better than standard soy. You get richer scent, less soot, and a longer-lasting candle.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes — you can add a custom note at checkout. We print it on premium cardstock and include it with your order at no extra cost.
